Kenai Peninsula State
Fair 2005...
2005 was the first year for new Kenai Fair Manager Lara McGinnis and she did an
incredible job (well...one of her first acts of business was booking us back
from the previous year). We've been so impressed with the Peninsula and
Ninilchik in particular that I've been been shopping for property in the area!
Thanks to the Board Of Directors, who pitch in, along with much of the community
to make this fair one of the biggest little fairs we've ever done
and one that rivals the best in the country. Special thanks to Capt Josh and
Avid Angler
Adventures for
taking us on another great Halibut fishing trip, and to Sue at
Canterwood Cabins
for providing with spectacular accommodations, the best of the year.
Thanks to Lara, Dave, and the rest of the gang for showing us the real Alaska, a
place I can't wait to call home...
