National Orange Show...

That's Becky Thrall, Livestock/Exhibit Manager at NOS (and we FALL into that Livestock  category, I guess), shortly after taking an unfortunate TRIP on opening day. Well, with cards and letters pouring in from well wishers (good thing it wasn't the WELL she fell in), we wanted to make sure she had something to remind her of this memorable occasion, (and to remind her she's an Independent Contractor).

After hours of deliberation, we gave her knee pads, wrist pads, and elbow pads. It's not likely she'll FALL for one of us, though, as she says (over and over) that she's married.

 All kidding aside, we're glad it wasn't worse than it was but we still think there ought to be a law against drinking at work (just kidding!)...

This nice family tried to adopt me, until they found out they could get a 'Little Cowboy on a Little Horse' on eBay for a much cheaper price. We was almost like family until they placed that fateful bid....

Some guys have all the luck when it comes to gals, and neither Jake nor I tend to have much of anything when it comes to having luck. Maybe we could learn some little known relationship secrets from these gentlemen (besides plying the gals with Tequila...)

The infamous 'No Hat Gang' gets ready to take Jake in for the reward...we'd all like to say a big 'thank you' as we've been trying to get rid of him for years. If you're gonna get taken in, at least you couldn't pick a nicer family to do it! Don't forget to call us...check out the Contact Us page....

"Bill's Happy Day?"

Curly Bill somehow convinces Becky Thrall (Livestock/Exhibits Manager) and Sharon Johnson (Festival Coordinator) to get in the loop, making it Bill's first double date ever. However after attempting to steal a kiss in the parking lot before the date, the gals turned the tables on him. What lessons did Bill learn from this?

1) Being in the loop is not necessarily better than being out of the loop,

2) Two girls might be able to 'take ' you,

3) If they don't get in the loop on their own, it's not really a date,

4) Maybe trying to date married women is a bad idea, and

5) Apparently California is a 'catch and release' state...

The Thing About Girls...

Well, the tall fellar on the left (not Jake) is doing much better in the "Courtin' The Ladies" department, as that's his gal Donna between Jake and Curly Bill.

Wait a minute...how come she's between those two outlaws?

Congratulations on Charlie and Donna's wedding bliss and the forthcoming birth of their daughter, due at the end of June.

 Quit making the rest of us guys look bad. We have enough trouble with women anyhow, without some good looking tall guy treating them nice. When this gets around, we're through...)
